Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Check out our Shipping Policy if you have any more questions.
Once your order is confirmed, we will process & ship the order in 2-3 business days from our Toronto, ON warehouse.
Once shipped from our warehouse, shipping times varies depending on shipping location.
*Note: Due to COVID we are not able to guarantee shipping times, but orders are usually received within 3-7 business days after shipment leaves our warehouse.

We ship Canada wide but no PO Boxes or General Delivery addresses. Sorry, we want to make sure that our products reaches your safely.
*If you are located in a remote location and our shipment carrier doesn't service your area, we will contact you to arrange for alternate options.

Order
Pre orders are considered special orders. Once order is placed we will contact you to confirm the ETA. Incase of cancellation on pre-orders, there might be a 5% admin fee depending on case by case scenario. This 5% fee only applies, when order is expected to ship and there is a cancellation after weeks of waiting.
Any changes to the order must be done within 24hrs of placing the order. Any changes beyond that period will not be valid as the order might have already been arranged to ship.

*Note that a request for test ride does not guarantee a test ride. We will do our best to arrange a test ride and contact you once the ride is confirmed.
